A. The product you are describing is called Talpirid. It uses the rodenticide Bromethalin (a neurotoxin affecting cell regulation of water) packed in what is for all intents and purposes a gummy worm. This has been shown to be the first effective bait format for moles since it emulates a major food source for the animal. It is toxic people (children), dogs cats and wildlife so it must be applied by a certified pest management professional and is not available to the general public.
